Provide a starting point to address data, application, and technology architectures.
Deliver an architecture assessment, which includes a high-level overview of a request, a brief discovery and a statement of work with recommendations on how to proceed.
Develop a current-state analysis and modeling of the business (tactical), data, application and technology.
Capture insights and recommendations to address business/IT drivers (e.g., problems and opportunities).
Provide a target state to address business IT/driver.

Before a request ticket is submitted to OIT, the ITD, PD, and business architect can review the organization’s needs to better shape the activity, or set of activities, needed to accomplish objectives.
