Service Description

Taking the first step toward data maturity with your agency

Our data inventory service, also known as a data map or data mapping, assists agencies in cataloging their data assets using the Colorado Standard Inventory Template that is used as a comprehensive repository of data assets for your organization. This service delivers up-to-date and detailed information regarding the data, as well as the source of the data providing important insights about the types of data you collect, classifications, where it is, who has access to it, and how that data is being used. The best part is that it is transferable into future automated technical solutions and satisfies House Bill 21-1236.
