Project Portfolio Management connects strategy with execution, making the strategic objectives executable. Selected projects are turned over to program and project management, which is the engine that initiates and completes them successfully.
Our portfolio managers align and manage linked, interconnected and dependent projects and programs as a single unit while providing visibility into demand, resources and project portfolio.
