Service Description
Keeping your projects on track through streamlined workflows
This service supports the program/project manager in gathering information to implement upcoming projects.
Monitoring budgets and work schedules
Organizing and participating in program/project meetings
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Supporting staff, contractors or vendors hired directly by agencies into Enterprise PMO roles
Customer Responsibilities
Agencies must supply the necessary information and resources for participation in the project in a manner that allows the product to stay on deadline and within budget.
